Leading a small team of carers, you’ll be responsible for keeping wakeful watch on the security and safety of our residents and the home in general. You’ll ensure that care plans are regularly reviewed, understanding the importance of maintaining accurate records, and will be able to manage the time of both yourself and your team effectively to support the wellbeing of our residents. You’ll understand that some shifts might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our residents.
Job Responsibility:
Leading a small team of carers
Keeping wakeful watch on security and safety of residents and home

Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care OR NVQ Level 2 with willingness to study for Level 3
Experience in leading a team to deliver care
Keen to progress to a role with greater responsibility
Willing to undertake relevant training
Positive role model
Excellent communication skills
Natural ability to get along with others
