About The Brunswick: The Brunswick is a residential care home with 55 rooms across 4 floors. Our aim is to ensure all our residents feel as comfortable as possible, our homes promote independence, dignity and respect through positive risk taking and empowerment. What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll play a key role in helping residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for—day and night. This includes: Personal care delivered with dignity; Supporting emotional wellbeing; Encouraging independence where possible; Working closely with your team to maintain a safe environment. (Night roles also include light cleaning duties to support the home). What Matters Most: We will train you to be the best carer you can be.
