Job Description:

Padgate House is a 35 bedded nursing Intermediate Care Facility providing short term period of rehabilitation following an admission to hospital or an acute episode at home requiring further support. The successful applicants will be required to provide full care services. This is a part time role, working 24 hours a week.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide full care services which includes help with personal care, dressing/undressing and assistance with showering /bathing
  • Working to the principles of care offering choice, promoting independence and helping to maintain the dignity of the people in our care

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in care would be an advantage
  • Flexible approach to work as you will be required to work a rota which includes weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays
  • DBS clearance is required
  • Naturally empathetic people who are motivated to provide adults of all ages with transformative, person-centred care
