Job Description:

Night Auditor position at Marriott Executive Apartments in Seoul. The role focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through smooth check-in/check-out processes, addressing guest requests, completing operational tasks, and providing local area information. The position requires physical mobility and the ability to handle luggage and objects up to specified weights.

Job Responsibility:

Giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out
Building memorable and unique guest experiences
Delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Sharing highlights of the local area
Assisting guests with loading/unloading vehicles
Transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
Creating a safe work place
Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality
Protecting company assets
Upholding quality standards
Maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Ability to move up and down stairs and/or service ramps
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
