Job Responsibility

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly during the overnight shift
  • Check in guests
  • Answer phones and take reservations
  • Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
  • Process invoices
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
  • Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
  • Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Help prepare for forecasts and audits

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of hotel front office experience or prior experience as a Night Auditor
  • An eye for detail
  • A passion to provide quality of service to our guests
  • Prior Marriott brand experience
  • Excellent computer, customer service and communication skills
