Night Auditor

• Ensuring the smooth running of the resort overnight
• Responding to after-hours guest enquiries and completing check-ins/check-outs
• Conducting security inspections and maintaining public areas
• Providing exceptional customer service to owners and guests
• Conducting routine security checks and noise monitoring
• Performing light cleaning duties in public areas
• Assisting with clerical and reception tasks including balancing front office transactions
• Maintaining accurate records and handovers for the morning team

• Confidence to work autonomously and handle emergency or safety situations
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete clerical and light cleaning tasks
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and record keeping
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
• Security or hospitality experience is advantageous, but not essential – we provide training and support for the right candidate.
