Job Description:

Night Auditor position at The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club Autograph Collection, responsible for financial accuracy, cash handling, record maintenance, report preparation, guest service, and team collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
Control and secure cash and cash equivalents
Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records
Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports
Audit statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports
Audit and reconcile all revenue postings
Follow all company safety and security policies
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Maintain awareness of undesirable persons
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Anticipate and address guests' service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Speak with others using clear professional language
Prepare and review written documents
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop positive working relationships
Support team goals
Listen and respond to concerns
Comply with quality assurance standards
Move, lift, carry objects up to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
