Job Description:

Night Auditor position at Residence Inn by Marriott Tallahassee, responsible for end-of-day accounting activities, guest check-ins, payment processing, and maintaining hotel operations during night shift.

Job Responsibility:

Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts
Run night audit backup and roll the date
Process all payment types
Process adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers
Print contingency lists
Sell rooms to guests without reservations
Operate telephone switchboard station
Process wake-up calls
Complete Room Rate Variance Report
Process guest check-ins and assign rooms
Activate or reissue room keys
Count bank at end of shift
Balance and drop receipts
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Inspect cleanliness and presentation of materials

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1-year related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
