Job Responsibility:

  • Run and review audit reports from our systems
  • Make any needed corrections
  • Handle any computer issues that pop up
  • Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the system to generate daily reports
  • Balance accounts
  • Maintain files
  • Reset the system for the next day's operations
  • Greet guests when they arrive
  • Check guests in
  • Provide any information they need for a great stay
  • Schedule wake-up calls and reservations
  • Offer concierge services to help guests make the most of their visit
  • Take on any other duties as needed
