Night Audit Clerk

• Greet and say goodbye to guests
• Check guests in and out
• Address guest concerns
• Calculate daily accounts following specified processes
• Use digital hotel management programs
• Perform daily closing and night run
• Control bookings and group invoices
• Prepare reports and statistics for accounting department
• Make regular security rounds checking entrances and exits
• Ensure escape routes are clear and accessible
• Ensure smooth stay for guests during night

• Completed vocational training (preferably in tourism sector) or at least 1 year of experience as night auditor in hotel industry
• Work permit for EU/Germany
• Very good German and English skills
• Ability to work night hours
• Strong sense of quality and high standards
• Communication talent
• Winning appearance with can-do attitude and hands-on mentality
