Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive organic growth, profitability, and client retention
Build a strong sales culture through coaching, performance management, and talent development
Partner with Practice Leaders, vendors, and shared services to improve operations and client experience
Support firm-wide growth initiatives, including regional collaboration and M&A activity
Ensure the office operates with strong communication, ethical standards, and alignment with Alera Group values
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
7+ years of experience in the insurance industry
Proven experience leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
Strong business, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager
