A Nexthink Engineer is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the digital employee experience using the Nexthink platform. The role involves troubleshooting IT issues, analyzing endpoint performance, and providing insights to improve system performance and user productivity.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor endpoint performance using the Nexthink platform
  • Analyze IT issues affecting end-user devices and applications
  • Create dashboards, reports, and alerts in Nexthink
  • Work with IT teams to identify and resolve system performance issues
  • Automate monitoring and remediation tasks
  • Track digital employee experience and suggest improvements
  • Support incident and problem management activities

Requirements

  • Experience with the Nexthink platform (Finder, Portal, Engine)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and endpoint management
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell is a plus)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
  • Experience in IT operations or end-user computing support
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
