Job Description:

We are seeking a NextGenAI Video Editor with a T shaped profile. Your core is editing and story clarity. Your breadth covers producing, on set basics, motion graphics, and GenAI video workflows. You will turn complex product stories into clear, high trust videos that drive demo requests, sales enablement, product education, and executive buy in. You will own the process end to end from storyboard to ship and use modern GenAI tools and workflows to move fast without sacrificing craft. You are fluent in short form video formats for the TikTok and YouTube generation and comfortable exploring from motion graphics to artificial human-like avatar videos when they serve the story.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, storyboard, produce, edit, and deliver a steady cadence of videos for product explainers, feature walkthroughs, customer proof, founder clips, event recaps, paid ads, and recruiting
  • Create channel-ready cuts for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Shorts, and Reddit in 16:9, 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16 with strong first-3-second hooks and accurate captions
  • Visualize our value prop on screen
  • Use GenAI tools and workflows to improve speed and quality, including text to video, generative fill and cleanup, roto, style control, upscaling, voice cleanup, auto captions, and screen replacements
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Education, and Design to keep message, visuals, and motion consistent across web, sales, and events
  • Being able to ship product explainer videos with human avatars when it serves the story

Requirements:

  • 4+ years editing video for product storytelling, ideally B2B or enterprise software
  • Strong portfolio that proves editing craft, story clarity, motion graphics, and handling of product UI. Include GenAI video work
  • Proven experience using current GenAI videotools and workflows in production. Ability to choose models, control outputs, and blend AI with live footage. Strong knowledge of the GenAI market and the frontier tools at every moment
  • Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar). Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve for color and audio
  • Audio fundamentals
  • Subtitles and accessibility workflows
  • English professional working proficiency
  • GenAI-native mindset. Only apply if you are fluent in GenAI tools and workflows, with portfolio proof

Nice to have:

  • Spanish is a plus
  • Basic 3D in Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus
What we offer:
  • Opportunity to shape our brand’s motion language and video strategy
  • Access to cutting-edge GenAI tools and a budget for experiments that improve quality or speed
  • Collaborative environment with very talented Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
  • Professional development and the chance to publish high-visibility work
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • High impact at the frontier of enterprise AI
