Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced NextGen Specialist to join our team in Sacaton, Arizona. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing NextGen applications to enhance healthcare operations and patient care. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring seamless system functionality and providing valuable support to end users.

Job Responsibility:

Configure and customize NextGen applications to align with the unique needs of healthcare practices
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop solutions that enhance patient care and operational workflows
Diagnose and resolve application issues promptly to minimize disruptions to healthcare services
Oversee system upgrades, patches, and testing processes to maintain optimal platform performance
Deliver comprehensive user training and support to ensure effective utilization of NextGen systems
Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and standards in all system implementations
Create detailed reports and analyze data to guide operational and strategic decision-making

Requirements:

Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and cloud technologies
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and Epicor ERP systems
Experience with AB testing and business intelligence tools
Skilled in managing business processes and drafting business requirement documents
Familiarity with change management strategies and practices
Expertise in NextGen applications and healthcare-related software systems
