Job Description:

Two Years Program where you will have the opportunity to rotate through different departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the entire supply chain process from Manufacturing to Logistics. You will gain critical industry knowledge and practical skills, connect with like-minded professionals, engage in leadership skills development and hands-on technical training, and get mentorship by senior leaders. 1st Year: Foundational year including onboarding & rotational assignment. 2nd Year: Assignment in Logistics area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Get a structured training program that covers all facets of logistics, including warehousing, transportation and inventory control
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Be exposed to logistics operations to observe and learn about best practices in supply chain management and logistics operations
  • Contribute in projects aimed to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Work closely with different stakeholders across the organization like Sales & Supporting Functions
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, including procurement, Planning, Sales, to support in execution of logistics strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management or any related
  • Experience from 0 to 2 years of technical work experience in any supply chain area is nice to have but not mandatory
  • You are determined, curious and self-driven
  • You seek hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to different aspects of supply chain operations
  • You are ambitious to lead change, projects and people
  • Mobile inside Egypt governates
  • You are fluent in English and native in Arabic
  • Working experience, living, or studying abroad is considered as advantage
