Job Description

In this Two Years Program you will have the opportunity to rotate through different departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the entire supply chain process from Manufacturing to Logistics. You will not only gain critical industry knowledge and practical skills but also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals. By engaging in leadership skills development and hands-on technical training, you will be well-equipped to face the challenges of today's dynamic job market, you will also get mentorship by senior leaders to guide you in your journey: * 1st Year: Foundational year including onboarding & rotational assignment * 2nd Year: Assignment in the Manufacturing area

Job Responsibility

  • You will have the chance to get a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of manufacturing, including production processes, quality assurance and equipment maintenance
  • You will assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • You will be shadowing experienced team members to observe and learn about various manufacturing techniques and best practices
  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, and supply chain, to support the execution of manufacturing strategies
  • You will have the opportunity to work closely with different stakeholders across the organization like Sales & Supporting Functions
  • You will support in preparing reports and presentations for management, showcasing key metrics and insights related to manufacturing performance
  • You will contribute to initiatives aimed to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product quality
  • You will be exposed to Automation Projects regarding Energy/Water usage optimization

Requirements

  • You are determined, curious and self-driven
  • You have a bachelor degree in Engineering
  • You have 0-2 years of technical work experience in any supply chain area
  • You seek hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to different aspects of supply chain operations
  • You are ambitious to lead change, projects and people
  • Mobile inside Egypt governates
  • You are fluent in English and native in Arabic

Nice to have

  • Working experience, living, or studying abroad is considered as advantage
  • Previous experience is not mandatory but nice to have, up to 2 years
  • demonstrated leadership & collaboration skills, like being part of students’ activities
