A CQC rated GOOD surgery & group in Burnham, Somerset are looking for a Newly Qualified Salaried GP to join their team. They have a brilliant multi disciplinary team and a very flexible working schedule. They have developed new and innovative ways of working and with these new NHS ways of working they are in a good position going forward as general practice develops. A large purpose-built surgery who not only have a brilliant set up are very much about ensuring all staff are happy and looked after. They encourage specialist interests and making sure everyone does their fair share. They have regular whole team meetings where everyone comes together to ensure a great culture.
