  • Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)

  • Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
  • Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others

  • Coordinate timely and seamless delivery of in‑room dining orders by Room Service Servers to maintain optimal food quality and an elevated guest experience
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks, record charges and gratuities, and ensure all transactions are completed in accordance with Four Seasons standards
