Job Description:

As a newly qualified nurse at HC-One, you will be supported to grow in your career with our Gold Standard Nursing Preceptorship Programme, helping you to build on your existing skillset while practicing in a nurse-led environment. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number
  • Commitment to profession through NMC standards of practice
  • Passion to mentor and share knowledge
  • Ability to provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students
  • Understanding of effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to role model professional behaviours
  • Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care
  • Ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect
  • Ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation
  • Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship or time-limited visas)
  • Newly qualified
