Requirements:
Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number
Commitment to profession through NMC standards of practice
Passion to mentor and share knowledge
Ability to provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students
Understanding of effective communication, both verbal and written
Ability to role model professional behaviours
Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care
Ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect
Ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation
Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship or time-limited visas)
