Job Responsibility

  • Advising on HR and employee relations issues
  • Managing Employment Tribunal claims and case strategies
  • TUPE and restructuring projects
  • Drafting employment contracts, policies, and guidance documents
  • Supporting on corporate transactions and due diligence
  • Delivering client training and contributing to legal updates and publications

Requirements

  • You will qualify as a Solicitor in September 2026, ideally having completed a 12-month seat in Employment law at a top-tier national or international firm
  • Strong academic background and solid grounding in employment law
  • Experience in both contentious and non-contentious work preferred, though corporate support experience will also be considered
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A commercial, client-focused approach with an enthusiasm for business development
  • A genuine team player with the ambition to develop within a leading practice
