Job Responsibility:
Advising on HR and employee relations issues
Managing Employment Tribunal claims and case strategies
TUPE and restructuring projects
Drafting employment contracts, policies, and guidance documents
Supporting on corporate transactions and due diligence
Delivering client training and contributing to legal updates and publications
Requirements:
You will qualify as a Solicitor in September 2026, ideally having completed a 12-month seat in Employment law at a top-tier national or international firm
Strong academic background and solid grounding in employment law
Experience in both contentious and non-contentious work preferred, though corporate support experience will also be considered
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A commercial, client-focused approach with an enthusiasm for business development
A genuine team player with the ambition to develop within a leading practice
