Boulder Newborn Nanny Needed. Care will be for a baby who will be three months old. This healthy and happy little guy is learning and growing each day. Mom and Dad are looking forward to having a knowledgeable nanny who can keep them informed of infant development. Dual working parents who both work from home. Two doggies live in the home: a large malamute and a small yorkie mix. This is a long-term position for 1+ year.
Job Responsibility:
All standard nanny duties, including baby laundry, washing bottles, cleaning breast pump parts, keeping the baby's room and play areas organized and tidy, and also light meal prep, washing and chopping veggies
Requirements:
Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience, verifiable with strong references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including TDaP
2 years of infant experience
1+ year of in-home nanny experience with an infant
Infant CPR & 1st aid
Nice to have:
A second language in Spanish or French would be highly desired but not required
Knowledge of infant development and milestones
The ideal candidate will be experienced with babies and bring a strong sense of knowledge, trustworthiness, and reliability to the role
They should be responsive, open, and communicative, with a kind and caring nature
Whether more extroverted or introverted, the family is most focused on finding someone who is warm, nurturing, and a clear, thoughtful communicator
This person will be genuinely caring, attentive, and engaged
