Job Description:

Newborn Care Specialist needed for 7 nights per week, 12-hour shifts, for a family in Scottsdale, AZ. The position is for care of one newborn boy due at the end of February 2026. This is a short-term, live-out position for 12+ weeks.

Job Responsibility:

  • All standard NCS duties
  • Bottle feed baby at night
  • Light housekeeping and general tidying up during the night, including cleaning and putting away bottles, stocking the nursery, emptying the nursery trash

Requirements:

  • Certified Newborn Care Specialist with strong experience
  • 20+ years old and a high school graduate
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction and committed to professional, legal pay
  • Have a reliable car, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and a good driving record
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew)
  • Non-smoker
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of applicable, professional Newborn Care Specialist and/or Night Nanny experience verifiable with references
  • Strong references from former NCS clients

Nice to have:

  • Extremely reliable, timely, and can follow instructions
  • Patient expert who isn't afraid to voice what has worked well for them/babies in their previous experience
