Job Description:

A nurturing and highly experienced Baby Nanny is required for a 16-week old baby. The family is primarily based between Los Angeles, Miami and New York, and the position includes significant global travel due to the mother’s work in the film industry. When the family is in New York, the Nanny may return to their own home each day. This is a long-term position for someone who genuinely loves babies, thrives in a dynamic and ever-changing schedule, and can offer calm, confident support while respecting a very hands-on, present, and engaged mother.

Job Responsibility:

  • Full care for a young baby, supporting mum-led routines
  • Assisting with breastfeeding, pumping schedules, and feeding support
  • Weaning experience, including planning, preparing the introduction of solids
  • Managing baby laundry and nursery organisation
  • Monitoring developmental milestones
  • Travelling with the family worldwide
  • handling baby transitions across time zones
  • Joining Mum on set, ensuring baby is settled, safe and well-cared for
  • Flexibility with hours depending on filming schedules and travel requirements
  • Ability to remain calm, adaptable and upbeat during long travel periods
  • Working closely with a very involved mother, stepping back when not needed
  • Following Mum’s lead on routines, structure and decision-making
  • Maintaining a positive, discreet, and professional presence in all environments
  • Fitting seamlessly into a sociable, warm household

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of experience with babies
  • Right to work in USA
  • Fluent Spanish speaking (desirable)
  • Prior experience travelling with families or in high-profile households
  • Confident, easy going, and naturally flexible
  • Positive, sociable, and discreet, with exceptional communication skills
  • Able to take initiative while being respectful of a mum-led environment
  • Comfortable with changing hours and a fast-moving schedule

  • Resident apartments also include cleaning and defrost refrigerators (as needed), cleaning and checking heat system filters, etc., changing the bed and linens, and ensuring adequate linen supplies in each apartment. Turn mattress (with assistance) as necessary and empty waste baskets
  • Provide deep cleaning of apartments as needed. Pay special attention to the main entry area, focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
  • Launder all linens by washing and drying in the laundry facilities provided
  • Follow Company sanitation and safety procedures
  • Greet residents and guests at each table with a smile to serve beverages, cereals, and/or soups/salads from the cart
  • Courteously and clearly review the menu of the meal, take resident orders, and serve meals and desserts
  • Return cart to the kitchen and assist with storage of perishable items. If needed, deliver trays to resident rooms
  • Bus and clear dishes from tables after meals and reset for the next meal following proper sanitizing procedures for tables and chairs as outlined in the Food Service Guidelines. Vacuum carpets, etc.
  • Complete side work – fill sugar holders, replenish creamers, clean coffeemaker, etc.
