Job Responsibility

  • Contribute in defining potential new ventures that HS could pursue
  • Develop business cases for potential new ventures
  • Provide enhancement strategies for current launched new ventures
  • Conduct market research on similar programs at Delivery Hero entities or other competition platforms
  • Identify new untapped user segments and potential new venture to target them
  • Potential impact calculations of new ventures or sub features
  • Financial modeling for potential new ventures and features
  • Forecast current ventures financial, orders and users’ projections
  • Enhance current commercial deals’ structure to get the best value for all parties
  • Design levers to achieve financial targets
  • Proposing and costing potential investments
  • Develop OKRs and targets for current and upcoming ventures
  • Work with cross functional teams on shared targets and its way forward
  • Develop financial performance reports and analysis
  • Report on performance for leadership and provide insights
  • Provide senior management with the insights they need to define our strategy and next actions for current and new ventures
  • Develop clear plan to achieve OKRs and targets
  • Monitor and challenge the business’s performance, both operational and financial, and highlight ways to improve it with supporting analysis
  • Follow daily operations relating to the programs to ensure work continuity
  • Deliver the senior management with ad hoc reports and other critical topics
  • Develop comprehensive “Go to market” plans and execute on it with other functions including Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, fintech, operations and partnerships
  • Drive & facilitate key meeting cadences to manage executions including launching new ventures and interventions
  • Provide timely interventions to the business based on market situation
  • Ensure enhancement of customer journey and overall CX through new ventures experience
  • Introducing initiatives and executing it to increase customer base and uplift order growth
  • Support other functions in launching campaigns and features
  • Manage marketing activities calendars and propose enhancements to CRM journeys
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Division’s ABCs and OKRs, while ensuring alignment with other Functions' heads.
  • Make critical decisions that support the Division's strategic and tactical direction.
  • Measure and track relevant OKRs and metrics to ensure the achievement of goals and take corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

  • Have 4 years of work experience in a Tech company or management consulting, Financial Planning & Analysis, or a strategic management function
  • Project management experience, leading cross functional teams
  • Internally motivated, energetic, and independent in handling complex problems
  • Advance skills in Microsoft Office and Google Kit tolls
  • Being at ease working with numbers, creating complex financial and business scenarios, and using both intuition and data to make decisions
  • Basic understanding of marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required

Nice to have

  • Prefer to have experience in SQL & Tableau
  • Prefer strength in Arabic and English content
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Data and SQL certifications are preferred
