Job Description

Build the content library for new digital marketplaces from scratch. Act as the 'Head of Supply' to find, vet, and onboard the best independent designers in specific creative verticals into the new Cricut ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Partnership Outreach: High-volume outreach to find talent on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Etsy
  • Negotiate & close deals with independent creators
  • Scale the content library for launch
  • Quality Control: Curate content, differentiate between hobbyist and commercial work
  • Trend Spotting: Identify trending aesthetics in the maker space
  • Ensure visual standards for content
  • Community Lead: Onboard and engage creators
  • Act as voice of the seller to Product & Engineering teams
  • Manage a pipeline of hundreds of partners using tools like HubSpot or Airtable

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, Client Success (CSM), or Community Management
  • Experience managing a roster of clients or community members
  • E-Commerce fluency with digital goods or creator platforms
  • Sales acumen with a track record of managing a pipeline and closing deals
  • Demonstrated aesthetic judgment and ability to curate content
