Job Responsibility:
Partnership Outreach: High-volume outreach to find talent on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Etsy
Negotiate & close deals with independent creators
Scale the content library for launch
Quality Control: Curate content, differentiate between hobbyist and commercial work
Trend Spotting: Identify trending aesthetics in the maker space
Ensure visual standards for content
Community Lead: Onboard and engage creators
Act as voice of the seller to Product & Engineering teams
Manage a pipeline of hundreds of partners using tools like HubSpot or Airtable
Requirements:
3-5+ years in Partnerships, Business Development, Client Success (CSM), or Community Management
Experience managing a roster of clients or community members
E-Commerce fluency with digital goods or creator platforms
Sales acumen with a track record of managing a pipeline and closing deals
Demonstrated aesthetic judgment and ability to curate content
