Group 1 GMC Southwest is part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a Fortune 250 leader in automotive retail. We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professionals to join our high-performing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to build a long-term career in automotive sales. No prior automotive sales experience is required — we provide paid training and the opportunity to earn while you learn.

Job Responsibility:

  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, warranties, and available accessories
  • Conduct test drives and compare competitive models to meet customer needs
  • Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
  • Implement follow-up systems to generate repeat and referral business
  • Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
  • Stay informed on current inventory, product updates, and manufacturer programs
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership performance standards
  • Maintain a professional, customer-first presence on the showroom floor
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
