Job Responsibility:
Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, warranties, and available accessories
Conduct test drives and compare competitive models to meet customer needs
Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
Implement follow-up systems to generate repeat and referral business
Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
Stay informed on current inventory, product updates, and manufacturer programs
Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership performance standards
Maintain a professional, customer-first presence on the showroom floor
Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
Requirements:
Proven sales experience (automotive industry is a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
High energy with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence
Basic computer skills
Self-motivated with strong follow-through
Professional appearance and solid work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
