We’re looking for a New & Used Car Sales Manager at our Vertu Toyota Worksop dealership. This role would suit someone who has previous experience working in the motor retail sector as a Sales Manager or an experienced Business Manager ready to take the next step and lead an established sales team to grow the sales operation. We are offering a competitive basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000, a company car, and a full range of benefits. Job Responsibility
Guide and support a team including a Business Manager and Sales Executives to achieve dealership sales targets, including finance and value-added products
Maintain highest levels of customer satisfaction
Create a consistent, well-structured sales process through regular coaching, clear communication and active involvement in customer interactions
Oversee sales campaigns and promotions, ensuring they are effective, ethical and aligned with company values
Creating a supportive, inclusive environment
Leading the sale of new and used Toyota vehicles, alongside finance and value-added products
Managing sales campaigns and promotions in line with brand and compliance standards
Balancing performance, profitability and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Previous experience working in the motor retail sector as a Sales Manager or an experienced Business Manager
Experience in the motor industry
A track record of improving sales performance, profitability or operational efficiency
A collaborative, motivational leadership style with a passion for people and performance
Strong commercial acumen with a commitment to ethical, customer-focused practice
