Job Description:

We are looking for the person that is going to deploy and commercialize this new product to allow bank customers to have a powerful personal budget management solution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate the development and the scale of this new product in collaboration with our product, tech, legal & ops teams (internally) and with our banking/fintech partners (externally)
  • Convince current banking partners to integrate this new product in their app in the 3 countries we operate (France, Spain, Italy) : build the business cases, launch tests and negotiate the deals
  • Develop & strengthen our partnerships with subscriptions players (e.g. Netflix, Spotify, Prime etc.) to have the best in class user experience for the users : build the value proposition, launch tests and negotiate the deals with these merchants
  • Monitor the performance (user experience, revenue generated etc.) of the product and lead the transversal initiatives to improve the solution

Requirements:

  • Business school background
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a strategy / growth / strategic partnerships role in scale-up and/or in a strategy consulting firm
  • A proven Sales / Business development experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills (well-versed in Excel models and ideally interested in developing new analytical skills such as SQL)
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment: proactive, self-motivated, driven, team player and organized
  • Fluent in French
  • Fluent in English
