Job Description

We're looking for a New Partner Experience Advisor to join our Manchester team. In this role, you'll be the vital link for our Belgium partners during their first two months on the platform, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and strategy to build for long-term success.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as primary relationship lead for newly signed Belgium restaurants, ensuring they hit key operational metrics and KPIs during their first 60 days
  • Educate partners on how to make menus stand out and encourage use of advertising tools
  • Serve as bridge between restaurant partners and internal teams
  • Manage high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues
  • Adhere to daily targets and quality standards
  • Maintain administrative records in systems

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in both Dutch/Flemish and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent phone presence with confidence to lead regular outbound calls and empathy to listen to partner needs
  • Proven ability to work toward demanding targets while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and navigate partner challenges with a proactive attitude

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or high-level customer service
