Job Description:

Entry-level role for a recent ASN graduate or nurse with up to one year of professional experience. Transformative journey within a dynamic and supportive residency program with personalized attention and cross-training across interconnected Nursing units.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver individualized patient care
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to administer treatments and monitor vital signs
  • Educate patients and families on varied nursing tasks
  • Engage in comprehensive, evidence-based Residency Program
  • Build skills in evidence-based practice, critical thinking, patient safety, and interprofessional communication
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Embody mission and values through continuous learning and pursuit of service excellence

Requirements:

  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
  • 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire
