As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will manage and grow our New Homes portfolio, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting clients throughout the buying process. You will work proactively with the New Homes team to promote properties, drive sales, and develop long-term client relationships, contributing directly to the growth and success of the business.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively arrange and conduct property viewings, utilising the in-house database and working towards agreed sales targets
Market, negotiate, and administer New Homes sales, including producing property details and ensuring all necessary marketing and administrative requirements are met
Monitor sales progress, liaising effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience
Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business
Actively grow revenue and profitability by achieving agreed business targets
Develop relationships with new clients and developers, promoting the company and expanding the portfolio
Prospect for new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
Manage client expectations throughout the purchasing process, providing clear and professional communication
Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring excellent customer service
Cross-sell and promote related services within Wilkinson Grant, including valuations, second-hand sales, and lettings
Provide regular reports to the Management team on a weekly and monthly basis
Liaise with the Sales Department to keep them updated on New Homes developments, ensuring integration across the business
Promote and update property listings across social media channels and online property portals
Requirements:
Proven experience in property sales, preferably within New Homes or residential sales
Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to work proactively and achieve sales targets
Competence in using property databases and social media for marketing
Professional, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for property and client service
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
