New Home Star, in partnership with Legacy South, is hiring a New Home Sales Consultant in the Nashville metropolitan area. This is a high-growth opportunity for motivated, people-focused professionals who want to learn new home sales, develop their skills, and earn strong income in a structured, supportive environment. You'll guide buyers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives and be their go-to resource from first model home visit to move-in day.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and engage visitors at our Nashville model home gallery or surrounding communities
Learn and deliver a proven sales process
Help buyers select homesites, floor plans, and design options
Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM tools
Stay connected with buyers throughout construction
Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Work alongside construction and leadership teams to deliver a seamless experience
Proactively generate new business by pursuing marketing initiatives, networking within the Nashville community, and cultivating referral partnerships with Realtors and past clients
Requirements:
Naturally relational and confident meeting new people
Motivated by performance and income growth
Coachable and eager to follow a structured sales roadmap
Organized and comfortable with technology
Positive, professional, and team-oriented
Willing to obtain a Tennessee real estate license within 30 days of employment, if not already held (course covered by Legacy South)
Nice to have:
Prior sales, real estate, or business development experience
