Job Description

New Home Star, in partnership with Legacy South, is hiring a New Home Sales Consultant in the Nashville metropolitan area. This is a high-growth opportunity for motivated, people-focused professionals who want to learn new home sales, develop their skills, and earn strong income in a structured, supportive environment. You'll guide buyers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives and be their go-to resource from first model home visit to move-in day.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome and engage visitors at our Nashville model home gallery or surrounding communities
  • Learn and deliver a proven sales process
  • Help buyers select homesites, floor plans, and design options
  • Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM tools
  • Stay connected with buyers throughout construction
  • Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
  • Work alongside construction and leadership teams to deliver a seamless experience
  • Proactively generate new business by pursuing marketing initiatives, networking within the Nashville community, and cultivating referral partnerships with Realtors and past clients

Requirements

  • Naturally relational and confident meeting new people
  • Motivated by performance and income growth
  • Coachable and eager to follow a structured sales roadmap
  • Organized and comfortable with technology
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented
  • Willing to obtain a Tennessee real estate license within 30 days of employment, if not already held (course covered by Legacy South)

Nice to have

Prior sales, real estate, or business development experience
