Job Responsibility:
Lead & Close: Engage prospective buyers in the model home, conduct needs-based discovery, and convert prospects into sales through consistent follow-up and relationship building
Sales Development: Continuous training to sharpen your skills and product knowledge
Marketing & Outreach: Generate new leads and build brand awareness through events, networking, and local marketing efforts
Customer Relationship Management: Communicate consistently with internal and external customers and use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities
Community Leadership: Manage model home operations and influence community planning and strategy
Requirements:
Must work onsite, weekends required
2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate with a consistent record of high performance
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability
Proficient in utilizing presentation software platforms and CRM systems
AI-driven tools are a plus
Bachelor's preferred
must obtain a real estate license during training
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and liability insurance on your vehicle
