Job Responsibility:

  • Lead & Close: Engage prospective buyers in the model home, conduct needs-based discovery, and convert prospects into sales through consistent follow-up and relationship building
  • Sales Development: Continuous training to sharpen your skills and product knowledge
  • Marketing & Outreach: Generate new leads and build brand awareness through events, networking, and local marketing efforts
  • Customer Relationship Management: Communicate consistently with internal and external customers and use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities
  • Community Leadership: Manage model home operations and influence community planning and strategy

Requirements:

  • Must work onsite, weekends required
  • 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate with a consistent record of high performance
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability
  • Proficient in utilizing presentation software platforms and CRM systems
  • AI-driven tools are a plus
  • Bachelor's preferred
  • must obtain a real estate license during training
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and liability insurance on your vehicle
