Why Join Us? At New Home Star, our number one core value is to provide excellent careers for our people! By joining our team, you will see this value emphasized in all aspects of your career. Winning Culture: Join a high-performance team that celebrates collaboration, authenticity, and purpose. • Analyze builder metrics, market trends, economic conditions, and TCP inputs to identify opportunities and risks, and convert insights into practical next steps
  • Lead and manage consulting projects from discovery through implementation, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables stay on track
  • Implement playbooks, operational structures, and SOPs with strong project management discipline and attention to detail
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to builder clients by confidently presenting findings, strategies, and tailored recommendations based on research and analysis
  • Build strong, credible relationships with high-level builder stakeholders and quickly establish rapport and trust
  • Adapt consulting approach to meet each builder where they are, customizing solutions to their goals, maturity, and market position
  • Independently manage multiple priorities, projects, and travel requirements while driving progress toward defined outcomes
  • Take ownership of delegated initiatives and continuously seek ways to improve processes, results, and personal expertise in the new home sales and land space

Requirements:

  • Experience working directly with home builder leadership, sales teams, and developer stakeholders
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic, revenue-driving recommendations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives, shifting priorities, and deadlines
  • Confident communicator able to present recommendations, lead strategy conversations with senior-level clients, and build authentic rapport
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally while operating with minimal oversight
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, high learning agility, and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to builder clients and project sites
