Recognising how pivotal the transition from university to clinical practice can be, Animal Trust has designed a new Graduate Programme, created by vets, for vets, to help you build the confidence, competence, and compassion needed for a fulfilling career. Our two-year structured Graduate Programme is designed to nurture, support and empower newly qualified vets as they take their first steps into practice life. You’ll gain hands-on experience, clinical confidence, and lifelong skills through guided learning and dedicated mentorship — all within a friendly, collaborative environment. This programme offers a balanced mix of clinical exposure, ongoing education, and pastoral care so that you can develop your career at your own pace, surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you thrive.

Job Responsibility:
