New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellow

• Family, adult, or adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioners who graduated or will graduate from their training program between December 2023 and May 2025
• Currently residing in or willing to relocate to program location for at least the next two years
• Have not yet worked as an NP
• Minimum of one year experience, within the last five years, working as an adult RN
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 in NP program
• Currently holds or will hold by 9/15/2025 an active, non-probationary state NP license
• A genuine passion for adult primary care
• A supportive attitude toward our patient population of older adults
• Embrace teamwork and the opportunity to collaborate with brilliant colleagues

• Spanish language skills are strongly preferred, depending on clinic location
