Job Description:

Intake role suited to an enthusiastic law student or customer service professional. Great opportunity helping people, and making their experience the best one possible. Reporting to the Communications + Marketing Manager, responsible for achieving and exceeding varying monthly targets for new client intake by building rapport and carefully assisting any/all new personal injury clientele.

Job Responsibility:

Identify new client intake opportunities and go the extra mile to secure them
Professionally execute scripted intake guidelines and new client management procedures
Ensure all new clients receive prompt, professional service and attention when responding to enquiries
Transcribing accident details professionally and accurately from clients whilst being empathetic throughout
Confer with legal teams to maintain client communication if and when required

First-class communicator (both written and verbal)
