Job Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our New Centers team and lead the construction build-out of new therapy centers from start to finish. This role serves as the primary point of contact for contractors and vendors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and communicate project timelines, milestones, and updates with internal teams and leadership
  • Partner with contractors to define scope, expectations, and deliverables
  • Coordinate and schedule contractors to ensure timely project completion
  • Oversee ordering and setup of initial center inventory and operational needs
  • Collaborate with Office Managers to support center openings and readiness
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor and vendor communications
  • Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of construction project management experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working in hands-on environments and navigating tools, materials, and build-outs
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in dynamic settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to execute independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus
  • Dallas/Fort Worth based and comfortable with traveling throughout this region (up to 75% travel)

  • Serve as the lead project operational counsel on a select number of complex projects, building staff plans and budgets for proposals, developing audits and reset plans
  • Support the Account Lead and senior leadership team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
