Job Description:

At Vertu Ford Bromley we are currently recruiting for a New Car Sales Manager to join us! We are offering a basic salary of £45,000 with an OTE of £65,000 plus company car and company benefits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of 1 Business Manager and 4 Sales Advisors/Executives
  • Offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction
  • Serve and support your team to sell new vehicles with a range of add-on products, finance and insurance
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration
  • Drive a culture of responsible business practices, ensuring we deliver the right products and services to meet customers' needs, protect them from harm, and encourage long-term loyalty

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience as Used or General Sales Manager with proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry
  • Ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
