At Vertu Ford Brimingham, we are currently recruiting for a New Car Sales Manager to join us! This role is specifically for a New Car Sales Manager and has been created due to the exceptionally strong performance of our new car department and current challenges within used cars. This role is based at our original Bristol Street Ford site, which is a highly successful, stable and profitable dealership with a well-established and experienced sales team. The new car department is already performing extremely well, giving the successful candidate the chance to build on an already strong foundation.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives
Offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction
Guide and support your team to sell new vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and insurance
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times
Manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards
Requirements:
Full UK driving license
Prior New Car Sales Management experience
Proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency
