At Vertu KIA Nottingham, we are currently recruiting for a New Car Sales Manager to join us! We are offering a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000 plus company car and company benefits. Our Sales Managers lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives. You will offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. You will serve and support your team to sell new vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and insurance, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales opportunities to do business and conversions ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards. We are looking for a highly talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor retail sector. The successful applicant will demonstrate that they are values aligned, customer centric and goal driven and have the ambition to work with the iconic KIA brand which is going from strength to strength in the UK. The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of integrity and have the passion and energy to lead and develop a winning team. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives.
