Job Responsibility:
Motivating, developing, and coaching the sales team to achieve agreed volumes of vehicle sales while maintaining budgeted profitability and an exceptional level of customer service
Take a hands-on approach, supporting your team through every sales challenge
Ensuring an adequate stock and mix to present customers with a diverse range of vehicles and colours
Organizing off-site promotional events to enhance brand awareness
Devise and implement innovative strategies to enhance sales operations, customer experience, and team cohesion
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in automotive sales management
Exceptional leadership and consistent achievement of sales targets within a dealership setting
Skilled in people management
Passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams
Resilient, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends on a rota basis
Experience with DMS's: Pinnacle and/or DealerWeb (preferred not mandatory)
