As New Car Sales Business Manager, you'll work closely with the Sales Manager and wider sales team to maximise performance, manage finance and insurance processes, and ensure customers receive a confident, transparent buying experience. You'll take ownership of financial compliance, profitability and customer outcomes, supporting both team development and business performance in line with our premium standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Business Manager or senior sales role within automotive retail
Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing finance and insurance processes
A professional, customer-focused approach with high compliance standards
The ability to influence, support and develop a sales team
FCA awareness
A full UK driving licence
