Join one of the UK’s most dynamic premium water companies. Tŷ Nant Water produces and distributes a portfolio of leading water brands across 4 production sites in England, Scotland and Wales. We’re now hiring a New Business Sales Manager to spearhead growth and expand distribution across wholesale within the on-trade, off-trade and cash and carry sectors including key regional operators. This is a pure new-business role, mapping the market, identifying high-value operators, building strong relationships, and converting opportunities into meaningful, scalable revenue.

Job Responsibility

  • Build a strong pipeline across your customer universe, identifying gaps, trends and whitespace
  • Deliver compelling brand plans that showcase the Tŷ Nant range and ensuring the correct fit by prospect type
  • Negotiate commercial agreements that drive profitable, sustainable growth
  • Manage the ongoing relationship with the customer looking at continuous growth and improvement
  • Champion the brand externally, representing a premium British business with huge potential

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of how these channels operate across all formats, including key regional operators
  • A natural hunter who thrives on opening doors, creating new opportunities and securing high-value wholesale listings
  • A proven track record of winning new accounts within wholesale-led sectors, ideally within drinks or a closely aligned category
  • Commercially sharp, able to build persuasive, insight-driven pitches and negotiate confidently with senior wholesale stakeholders
