Job Description:

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented New Business Manager to join our growing team. You will be the lead driver of new client growth, building relationships and winning business in key markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing agency with ambitious plans in Ireland.

Job Responsibility:

Lead new client acquisition in the Irish market, identifying opportunities across key sectors
Develop compelling pitches and proposals with support from our strategy and creative teams
Build strong relationships with prospective clients, from initial contact to signed contract
Represent JACK RYAN at industry events and networking opportunities
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report progress to senior leadership

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in a new business or commercial role in media/advertising
Proven track record of winning new accounts
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
