Job Responsibility:
Lead the Regional New Business team to deliver profitable growth
Foster a strong performance and sales-driven culture
Underwrite larger and more complex commercial cases consistently and profitably
Build and maintain strong broker relationships to generate quality new business
Work with the Regional Distribution Manager to deliver the regional sales strategy
Support the development of underwriting capability and product knowledge within the team
Monitor and improve prospect quality, pipeline strength, and conversion rates
