We are seeking a commercially driven New Business Manager – Safepoint to join our Commercial team. Pay: Circa £29,000 per annum, depending on experience. Hours: 40 hours per week. Location: Hybrid. This is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of integrity to develop within Loomis UK - one of the market leaders in our industry. Who are we? From intelligent safes and cash-in-transit services to cash processing and ATM replenishment, we play a vital role in supporting the everyday flow of money in society. The role: As a New Business Manager you will lead the acquisition of new clients and drive revenue growth for the Safepoint product line, this role plays a critical part in aligning market demand with product development strategy. You will be responsible for not only for generating new revenue, but also for feeding market intelligence and customer insights back into the product team to support continuous improvement and competitive positioning. You will build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers, along with leading commercial negotiations and close new contracts, as well as working with marketing to support product campaigns and launch initiatives. Your key performance indicators in this role will be the new revenue generated for Safepoint, the number of new customer acquisitions, pipeline value and conversion rate, customer feedback quality and actionable insights and contribution to product improvement initiatives. About you: This role calls for a commercially ambitious but strategically minded individual with excellent negotiation skills who has a proven track record in new business development and experience selling product-based solutions. You will have strong communication skills, combined with confidence to enable you to present to senior stakeholders, and a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting. Resilience, self-motivation and the ability to translate product features into clear commercial value will be vital for this role.
