Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated New Business Executive to join our team. Working alongside our New Business Manager and other key function areas, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, preparing proposals, and driving growth in the Irish market.

Job Responsibility:

Support the New Business Manager in identifying and pursuing sales leads
Conduct market research to inform prospecting strategies
Assist in proposal writing and pitch preparation
Maintain CRM records of leads, meetings, and proposals

Requirements:

1–3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or agency support roles
Strong organisation and communication skills
A proactive, ambitious approach to learning and developing in a sales environment
