We are seeking a New Business Director to lead and scale new logo acquisition across the DACH region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing go-to-market strategy, building high-quality pipeline, and leading a high-performing sales team. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on deal engagement, driving complex, high-value opportunities while embedding modern, AI-enabled sales practices.
Job Responsibility
Own and deliver regional new business revenue targets
Build and sustain a high-quality, scalable pipeline
Personally lead and support strategic, high-value deals
Define and execute the DACH new logo strategy, aligned to regional priorities
Identify priority industries, target accounts, and growth plays
Continuously refine approach using market insight, data, and AI-driven intelligence
Lead and inspire a high-performing new business team
Drive a disciplined, end-to-end sales process with consistent execution
Embed AI into the sales lifecycle (targeting, account planning, outreach, pipeline insights, forecasting)
Ensure strong pipeline health, conversion, and accurate forecasting
Build C-level relationships across key industries (FS, Retail, Manufacturing, Life Sciences)
Lead consultative, value-based sales engagements
Position Valtech as a strategic partner in digital and AI-driven transformation
Partner with marketing and delivery teams to drive aligned growth
