We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven New Business Development Manager ( Hunter) to help us expand our presence within the estate agent sector. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in growing our business and building lasting relationships with estate agents across the UK.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement a growth strategy to acquire new business from estate agents and identify opportunities for expansion
Build strong relationships with estate agents, ensuring Simplify’s solutions are top of mind for their conveyancing and property service needs
Drive sales growth by effectively negotiating and closing deals with new estate agency clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and provide exceptional customer service
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring Simplify remains a market leader
Requirements:
Proven experience in New Business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the estate agent, conveyancing, or property services sector
A strong network within the estate agent industry, with the ability to identify opportunities and build meaningful relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
A results-driven, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
A passion for delivering excellent service and helping clients find the best solutions
